Weckmarkt
This view from about 1900
shows the Bread Market toward the west into the Saalgasse. On the left is
a part of the Leinwand (Canvas) House, that was integrated into the the new
historic museum since 1878. The corner house with the double gable fa�ade
was the known as the Stork House and was the site of an Inn of the same name
since the beginning of the 18th Century.

1900 vom Weckmarkt nach Westen in die Saalgasse. Auf der linken Bildseite
ein teil des gotischen Leinwandhauses, das seit 1878 in das neuerbaute
Historischen Museum integriert war. Das Eckhaus mit der
Doppelgiebelfassade war das Haus "Storch", das seit dem Anfang des 18.
Jahrhunderts das gleichnamige Gasthaus beherbergte.
